Summary: The horror comedy Zombieland focuses on two men who have found a way to survive a world overrun by zombies. Columbus is a big wuss -- but when you're afraid of being eaten by zombies, fear can keep you alive. Tallahassee is an AK-toting, zombie-slaying' bad ass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita and Little Rock, who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.

Overall: I will admit I kinda went into the film not having much respect for it. I’m not a fan of zombie films, of horror-comedy films, of spoof films. I like my horror movies scary but also inventive. And the film really played out nicely for me. Yes, its silly at times, intentionally silly…but what I respect was the inventiveness of the script. It’s got good thought-driven dialogue. It’s got a simply story but it’s very well-written. Bottom line is a lot of thought went into the film and that’s what I respect of all else. Tell me something I haven’t heard before and do it in a way that doesn’t insult me. Some nice laughs, some great work with Bill Murray but also good fun death scenes and good gore. Nice job here.
