Zombie Honeymoon (2004)

Summary: Denise and Danny have just got married and ready for their honeymoon when he gets attacked on the beach. He clinically dies but just as quickly is resurrected again. The 2 of them decide to just jaunt off to Portugal to spend the rest of their lives but Danny starts to turn into the “undead” and now we’ll see if love really does conquer all.           Overall: Let me add first off...being a website host, I get e-mails all the time asking if I’d watch/help promote a company’s films. I’m happy to review and happier to put links up. What I don’t like is people asking, I agree and then no one follows through. This film was one of the offenders. But unlike the others, I had a chance to get a copy anyway, free of course, so I reluctantly agreed. Trust me...my emotions going in were not the most positive.           And I liked it. I really did. It’s not the full-blown zombie film. Sorta the zombie film from one couple’s perspective. But I liked it. We see the newlyweds struggling with Danny’s new condition. Does Denise just run and give up or stay and try and fix things. I so admired her character. It’s not a film you will predict but it’s sooo worth the watch!           Comparison: Night of the Living Dead meets Natural Born Killers
