Witchcraft (8) VIII: Salem's Ghost (1996)

Summary: Sonny and his wife have moved into a new house but at once they can tell that something isn’t right. Seems a warlock was entombed under the house 300 years before and now his spirit is getting a wake-up call. Soon he’ll inhabit his neighbor and look to fully come out of the house and take over the world. Only a descendant of the original witch-hunter can stop him. But will it make any difference?           Overall: Not a very good film and one of only 3 films to have abandoned the idea of using the Will Spanner character (besides part 1 & 10). Sex scenes are forced, dialogue is long and boring…and frankly, the acting is quite substandard. A few rumors are floating for this film, amongst the favorites being, that it was to have created new spinoff series about Salem Ghosts.
