Vampyr: Der Traum des Allan Grey (1932)

Summary: Allan Grey arrives at a castle and starts seeing weird and odd things. As time goes on, the action will come to a head when one of the daughters of the lord of the castle succumbs to something evil. Could it be a vampire?           Overall: This will be another of those films that frankly I did not get…but I will recommend. For its time period, we have really goo imagery and haunting scenes with a mess of a plot. It’s slow and plodding and for the most part a silent film with occasional dialogue. It’s a hard watch for the average viewer but I do recommend you take your shot to see what you think!           Comparison: Nosferatu, A Symphony of Horror Meets Bram Stoker’s Dracula
