Undead (2003)

Summary: In the small Australian town of Berkeley, Rene has won a local beauty contest and is preparing to leave tow when suddenly a meteorite shower strikes the town and the meteorites transform the dead into zombies. Fleeing from a zombie attack, Rene takes refuge at the home of a gun salesman, Marion, who is regarded as a paranoid crazy by locals because of his claims to have been abducted by aliens. As the zombies close in, Rene, Marion and various other decide to fight their way out of town until they realize, they can’t go anywhere. So they’ll fight to the death!           Overall: It’s a spoofy film with lots of gore and tons of fun. It’s a good film that is both low-budget but totally works for the viewer. They camera shots and the way the characters got portrayed was a ton of fun. The cowboy, Marion, always gets the good thriller music and just comes across as “Cool.” I enjoyed it and totally hope you get a chance to find the movie. Not sure how much sense the ending makes, but basically it’s still worth the time!           Comparison: Cry in the Dark meets Resident Evil
