Twists of Terror (1996)

Summary: 1)
We follow a young couple who, after a night of celebrating their anniversary, wind up in a car accident. They hitch a ride with a suspicious-looking driver, and soon find themselves under attack.
2)
The second story features an irate businessman stranded after his rental car breaks down. After trying to call for help at a gas station, he stumbles into a hospital that just happens to be across the street. Problem is…is he the one who’ll end up in a bodybag?
3)
The final installment tells the story of a shy single woman that allows herself to be picked up by a stranger at a bar. The two share a night of passion, but someone has a secret!
Overall: The 2nd story was insanely long and even more boring and useless. The first one survives at first because of Jennifer Rubin but also because the twists are interesting and keep your attention. The 3rd one is really easy to figure out what’s gonna happen but still is fairly interesting. Just fast-forward thru the 2nd episode. |
