Summary: The high rent district of Valley Creek apartments seems to be a magnet for beautiful people....those who can afford to live there. But the rent has just gone up and it is costing residents their lives. (taken from dvd cover)

Overall: By the end of the movie, you’ll realize that sometimes the people summarizing the movie for the distributors have no idea what the actual film is about. The movie is about 2 detectives investigating murders that all seem to be connected to...the 2 detectives. And somehow all the victims are missing the coroner’s “tags.” By the end of the film you realize, the tags have no significance whatsoever since all the bodies are properly identified anyway. In addition, if the detectives only known each other 6 months, how does this explain all the other relationships in the film and how anyone finds out the intimate details of the other? I think the film had its head in the right place but sorta spent too much time on finding good looking naked women and less time on a cohesive plot. Not to mention the time-wasting of watching the lady detective do useless research into stuff that ends up not making a difference. The plot twist was good...but frankly, a real police department would have pulled these cops off the case by victim #2.
