The Woods Have Eyes (2007)

Summary: Based on a true story. Summer as usual until a group of young children go missing in the forest. While being tracked by a hunter and his psychotic sons, the children must take revenge into their own hands.           Overall: There are wayyyyy to many characters in this film. Just too many people, too many stories, too much stuff being plugged into the short time the movie runs. It was moderately interesting but it’s all a “wrong turn” wanna-be film. The effects weren’t very good but I did like the fighting sequences since at least they pout some thought into those.           Comparison: Stand by Me meets Wrong Turn
