The Landlord (2010)

Summary: Tyler is the apartment manager of a demon-haunted apartment building. While finding new tenants has never been a problem it’s the keeping them alive long enough to pay rent part is. Tyler and his sister are stuck running this place, staying clean from the law, and hoping not to get eaten themselves.           Overall: It’s sorta a comedic horror film and the film does its best to be amusing. It’s got a lot of plot veins going on and keeps itself fairly interesting through. Worth a watch!           Comparison: Pacific Heights meets Beetlejuice
