Howling 2: Your Sister is a Werewolf (1985)

Ben’s sister is Karen white, the reporter who was turned into a werewolf in part 1 and now he’s out to find out who transformed his sister. A co-worker of Karen’s and a crotchety old man named Stephen are joining him on a trek to Transylvania to find and destroy the queen of the vampires, Stirba.
Overall: I can’t stay too much more about the plot because it just is so bad. The werewolves look more like apes than anything else. There’s a festival going on which just cries out for “Transylvania 6-500” and even then, it obviously isn’t Romania. Considering I did spend some days in Transylvania myself (Arad, Bran, Brasov, Sigisoara), I have some knowledge of these cities and the city the movie was filmed in clearly wasn’t Romania (it was Czech Republic). If anything this story is straight out of “Big Trouble in Little China.” Stay away from this one folks - with a title like that, it’s gotta be bad! Comparison: Transylvania 6-500 meets Trancers 5
