The Grudge 3 (2009)

Summary: A young Japanese woman holds the key to stopping the evil spirit of Kayako and travels to the haunted Chicago apartment to stop it once and for all. A new family is being haunted by her now!           Overall: I have to say what made this film different than its predecessors…it’s in chronological order. I liked the fact we had some of the same people, buildings etc from the previous films. It’s creepy at times. I’ll say to Toby who directed it…not sure we needed a “Grudge 3”…sorry man…but for the most part it’s creepy, nice suspense building and some good scary ghosts. And they’re fast too! I would have liked to see Toshio a bit more but we had some good stuff here! Worth a watching but do catch the 2nd film first!           Comparison: The Grudge 2 meets The Shining
