Summary: Agent Scott has been called into Montreal to help solve a serial killer case. Seems everytime a body is found, it seems the killer had already assumed that person’s identity and been living for awhile in it. So Scott’s job is to find a killer who’s been deceiving everyone for 20 years. Everyone thinks a break has been had when a local art dealer is found nearby a crime scene and can identify the killer. But this is only gonna make things more complicated when even our art dealer has a sketchy past.
Overall: As soon as the film ended I had two thoughts. One, the film bit off more than it could chew. Second, you can see the twist, a.k.a who the killer is, coming from a mile away. I think the film had a nice basic premise about a killer who gets away for so long because he’s always changing who he is. But when you have the film take place in Canada, using a FBI agent, using practically no actual Canadian actors and frankly, making everyone look silly...you realize the film just shot too high. We have some nice ideas in the film but once you realize who the killer actually is, you’re really gonna feel that these cops are just too stupid to stay employed.
