Slasher (2010)

Summary: Psychology student Erin and her friends Julie and Danny decide to spend a relaxing weekend in the woods. Gathering up several friends, the group heads into the forest. When a stranger arrives, their fun turns into a race for survival. The group's friendship is put to the test and secrets from their pasts will endanger their future.           Overall: A German film that is definitely a slasher film. It’s bloody, gory and very violent. It’s also not very good. Sorta a mess story-wise and frankly even with the blood and gore, it gets downright boring.           I have very few pet-peeves for horror movies, but one of which is spelling. If you’re going to give us English Subtitles, at least spell the words correctly. Way too many instances of misspellings and bad grammar and an utter mess in trying to decipher the film. I’d suggest just listening to the German language and you’ll at least enjoy it better.           Comparison: Friday the 13th meets The Woods
