Skeleton Crew (2009)

Summary: In the 1970Œs in a forgotten and abandoned mental institution, a doctor began filming himself and his staff torturing patients. He was eventually captured by the police, but his complete collection of snuff films was never found. Now, years later a film crew has returned to film a horror movie about the doctor and the victims. One day, they discover the films. The director of the film becomes obsessed with what hefs found and soon enough engages in the same behavior as the infamous doctor!
Overall: Well I wasnft really buying much here. As hard as they tried, it still always came off as being a bit too fake. Maybe because they were Finnish actors speaking English or maybe because they werenft very good. I think I sorta liked the basic premise but you werenft sure if he was going insane or being possessed. I think the lack of any good acting really made the film gnot all that it could be.h Comparison: Blair Witch Project 2 meets House on Haunted Hill |
