2nd Interview with Seregon O'Dassey

- Seregon O'Dassey is the star of several movies, including "Cleric". Anyone looking for more info on Seregon or her films, can visit her at her IMDB page or her website: www.seregonodassey.com.

Q: Hi Seregon, glad to have you back again. Without giving too much away for later questions, what have you been up to since we last talked (May 2009)?

A: Glad to be back again! Well, to not give too much away (LOL) I’ve been very busy!

Q: I know you’re involved in a great role for "Cleric." Is there anything new us fans need to know about?

A: “Cleric” is a phenomenal science fiction/ action feature. I am honored to be a part of it. Everyone involved worked very hard. New news is that it is in negotiations with the sci-fi channel!

Q: Tell me a little bit about some of your new projects. First, Vampires Revealed. How did you get involved and what’s it about?

A: My friend Patrick tipped me off that Comcast would be doing a spot on Dracula’s Ball back in March and asked if I’d want to participate. Comcast then asked me to do my own segment. It’s on Comcast’s VOD under the Paranormal TV folder, subfolder “Vampires Revealed”

Q: And do tell about the book “Queens of Scream: The New Blood book.” What can readers find in this book about you?

A: It’s by David Byron. It includes several women in the horror genre, from actresses to makeup artists to writers. Each of us, including myself, has our own chapter. He asked me several questions about being a Scream Queen and covered some of my projects to date (up until the date the book was sent to publishers, so “Cleric” and “Vampires Revealed” are not in there for that reason).

Q: How was “Monster Mania”? What did you do there and any fun stories you can tell? Interesting people you met?

A: I felt so honored to be listed as a guest at Monster Mania. I sat right next to Kelly LeBrock – that was fun. I had my own table and sold my films, photos and signed autographs. I met very many nice people, and some new fans that were happy to see me in the guest room. It was funny to see how many people were lined up and pushing their way to John Landis!

Q: I was looking again at your resume…tell me a little bit about your tv appearances. Which shows did you do and what kind of roles did you have? Favorite experience of them? Would you like to more of those in the future?

A: My favorite TV role was a U5 line speaking part I had on One Life to Live. My mom and I have been watching that show our whole lives and it meant the world to my mom that I was on that show.

Q: Can you tell me what you have planned for 2010? You mentioned “super secret” projects. Haha!

A: Well, the reason I keep them “secret” is that there is a chance the project falls through, I end up doing something else, etc. Nothing is set until you’re on set in this business. I am up for 2 films, and there is one movie on my IMDB page that’s been listed as being in pre-production for a while now. That is supposed to shoot in the Spring of 2010.

Q: Is there any actor or actress you really want to work with one day?

A: I’d love to work with Jennifer Connelly or Nicole Kidman. They’re both so versatile.

Q: Anything else you wish to add for my readers and visitors?

A: I was just on Howard Stern’s morning show promoting my Comcast show. He also asked me about other projects. He’s a really nice guy (sshhh, he might not want that getting out, lol).

Q: Finally...can you name a horror movie you’ve been dying to watch but just haven’t had the opportunity to see yet?

A: All of them, lol! I’m too busy making them to see any. It’s so ironic!

Q: Thank you very much for doing this.

          A: No way-Thank You!

- END -
