Red Hook (2009)

Summary: An agoraphobic college freshman in must join a scavenger hunt to save her boyfriend from a murderous killer.           Overall: There are times I was buying the basic plot line as well as the way the film started to go. I will say with so few people participating in the hunt, it almost seemed a little too fake and cheesy. And then clues being as complex as they are…I was having trouble buying all the coordinating of the clues, the locations and the deaths, even given the ultimate unveiling of the killer. I do think for the average viewer, there’s a good chance that you might like the film…it’s very off the beaten track and for that reason kinda an unexpectedly decent film.           Comparison: Clue meets Gotcha!
