Poltergeist III (1988)

Carol Anne still can't get away from the pesky demons no matter how hard she tries. This time, she is sent to live with her aunt and that family. Acceptance is not only tough within the family but the school too. Her cousin decides to have a nice pool party as her aunt and uncle prepare the giant apartment building they live in for a fashion show. But Kane is ready to stop yet, not until he gets the person he wants. Soon the entire family must bond together and decipher reality from fiction. And Tangina may finally be able to exorcise all of her demons, forever.

Overall: Easily not as good as the first 2 and of course the lack of any of the original characters is a turn-off. The first one had awesome physical effects but I think this film has very good visual effects. The film works there and the story isn't completely hideous, just a little overdrawn. The teens are oversexed and under-drunk...or is it the opposite? Basically it isn't a very satisfying end to the trilogy and not sure even part 2 was necessary but it has some decent fun in it.
