Summary: This is the story of Ashley Swan, an up and upcoming film actress who ends up getting a job on the wrong movie set! This is story…videotaped for all to see but not for the right reasons!

Overall: It’s a low-budget film being shot with a fairly obsessed fan trying to capture some “extras” with his own personal video camera. But it’s the relationships with the lead actress the director and the fan that really makes the film different from the usual horror movie. What we watch is the “evidence” which is used at trial, now made into a documentary feature film to show the last days of the life of Ashley. And I really enjoyed where the film went. I’ve seen more than my share of films about “murders on a horror movie set.” So I wasn’t sure going in if that was another one to place on top of the file…but no. Dervish Pictures takes us into new places with the “documentary” feel and unique character developments. I enjoyed it. Besides, the additions in small roles of Tiffany Shepis and Lloyd Kaufman were both nice, but not too overpowering for the rest of the cast. I was pleasantly surprised by Ava Santana in her role and overall I’d definitely recommend everyone go find a copy of the film!
