          Summary: The story of Richard Ramirez and his cycle of death as he terrorizes Los Angeles in the 1980’s.


          Overall: Another Ulli Lommel film so that should explain everything here. Wasted film despite the presence of Elissa Dowling. ObscureHorror likes her but frankly the movie is all over the place and has wayyyy to much lollipop sucking for 1 film. Bad film, mess of a plot and nothing redeeming to make it watchable. Sorry Elissa.
