The Night Projectionist (2009)

Summary: Crosstown Falls. Halloween Eve. It's the last night of the condemned town theater, which is closing with an all night Draculathon. But the small group of moviegoers find themselves trapped inside when the theater is surrounded by a horde of vampires. A deadly siege begins, and the moviegoers soon discover the night projectionist is also a member of the coven. Is he friend or foe?           Overall: Now I normally do not review comic books here but I was given a few choice trades so I figured, why not!           I was given just a teaser portion so I don’t presently know how this is going to turn out. We do have a ton of flashbacks, flash forwards and the story for the most part is constantly jumping time periods. It can be hard to follow at times but I will admit, I’m intrigued to keep involved so I can find out where it was going. We have some new ideas and powers for our vampires so the fact it is unconventional intrigues me.           The art and colors and makeup of the paperback were pretty decent. There’s always something happening and it’s always very dark and mysterious.           Decent stuff here!!!
