The Mummy's Kiss (2003)

          Ana Harwa is dating a college professor and he is helping her uncover the artifacts her uncle brought back from Egypt. One of the things they take a look at is a sarcophagus containing the mummy of Horshupset. However they soon "accidentally" awaken her and now she will seek out her heart, which the Uncle has stashed away in a "conubic jar" in his office. For her to get enough power to fully regenerate she must steal the kisses of women at their climax.


          Overall: This is "Cinemax" type fare, but unlike most was actually quite serious. The film is almost too serious at times and you spend more time criticizing the plot than caring about the action. Anyway, the ladies weren't that impressive: no one looked Egyptian and frankly no one acted very well at all. The moment you see the "boom mike" at the 26 minute mark, I started to cringe. I was actually a tinge shocked to see legendary sci-fi legend Richard Lynch (Trancers films) in this movie. Anyway, I Donal Glut intended well but it just didn't do anything for me.
