Lethal Eviction (2005)

Summary: Sarah has come to check on her sister, Tess and realizes some naughty things are happening at her sister’s apartment complex. And the owners of it are trying to encourage people to leave so they can sell it for a higher figure. Lots of evil people, no one really good...well until Tess’ doctor arrives. Then things get really juicy. Too bad the neighbors won’t be alive to find out why they’re dead!           Overall: Although the film has quite a nice twist to it, you can sorta see this coming. Some nice casting with some decent stars in it, including Judd Nelson but all the same, seemed like it was missing something special. It’s an ok film, nice effects, nice twist. Just wasn’t all that impressive in execution.           Comparison: Critters 3 meets Hide and Seek
