Kinky Killers/Polycarp (2007)

Summary: Patients of psychiatrist Dr. Kessey and attorney Alexander Hathaway are being murdered in satanic rituals. Law enforcement investigations reveal that sex and mutilation are the signatures of a killer, who likes to tattoo each of the victims after they are murdered. Some beautiful women appear to be next on the killer’s list but could Harper be the next to fall?           Overall: Well the film pulls off the usual softcore film’s modus operandi. Tons of skin, simulated sex and the gorgeous Beverly Lynne. I found the film surprisingly well-cast. Some of my favorites all pear, including Charles Durning, Brendon Slagle, Beverly Lynne and Michael Pare. Despite that…the film really isn’t all that entertaining. Sex and nudity sure, but it tends to slow down to a crawl in between those scenes and can’t survive otherwise. But…nice casting.           Comparison: Color of Night meets The Bewitching
