Kingdom of the Spiders (1977)

Summary: Investigating the mysterious deaths of a number of farm animals, town animal doctor, Rack Hansen, discovers that his town lies in the path of hoards of migrating tarantulas. Problem is…they’re everywhere and he may not even have time to warn folks!           Overall: An amusing little film that will give you the willies, if spiders disturb you. It was kinda fun seeing William Shatner in a very unbelievable role. But he’s always charismatic enough to try and pull the role off. The film tries to promote a very “green” way of living and eliminating DDT which ended up being phased out as it is. Amusing film worth a viewing.           Comparison: Arachnophobia meets Them!
