- Jessangel2003, a.k.a. Jessica Shroy has appeared in a few movies, including a role in "Killing Fields". Anyone looking for more info on Jessica or her films, can visit her at her MySpace page.
Q: Jessica, can you explain how you first got into the movie business?
A: I’m 25 alternative model who has been in the business since I was about 16. I enjoy every moment of it. Feels like your playing dress up all day in front of a camera :D I like to write a lot an love the paranormal and horror movies. Love tattoos
I got into the movie business when I was 16. There was an add in the paper and that’s how that started it was a short film called Leghi Lo I was about 16 and it was based on the Leghi Valley Canal etc, I was used as an extra the film never got anywhere but it was an experience. My part was when the girl from the film was singing I had to give her a treasure box. Then have been in the business ever since.
Q: Would you please explain your acting role in "Killing Fields?"
A: I was played as Lisa, a young girl who was with her brother traveling back from a ski trip and had ended up getting killed with a hammer to the head,
Q: Knowing how movie reviews may skew the perception of one's product, give us in your own words what you want people to know about the film.
A: I would want people to know that this film is a very intriguing film by far one of the best horror films I think you may enjoy. Also it is based on a true story on a serial killer.
Q: If there were one part of the filming that was more difficult than you expected, what would that be? Getting a costume to work? Appearing in a certain scene? Certain lines?
A: I actually had no difficulties in any film, a lot of the costumes I felt very comfortable in. I had no difficulties in any scene though or any lines.
Q: I see that you’ve also appeared in other films. Can you tell me a little about each one and your experience with it? First, “The Truth Of The Streets.”
A:
“ The Truth Of The Streets” I actually wrote it 5 years ago and played a young girl named Andrina who had dealt with a lot of pain in her present era. Her mother was an alcoholic who couldn’t stop so she left her mother’s and lived on the street for awhile ended up making friends with Heather who also worked with her on the streets they became close friends then one day she gets picked up by a guy she just thinks is just an ordinary guy when her friend heather tries to stop her she will not listen and she thinks she’s jealous. So in the end Andrina gets killed all because she didn’t listen. The plot of this film is to just not talk to strangers cause u never know where u will go or what may happen?
“The Truth Of The Streets’ is was very fun doing and hope that it helped out in some way young girls to not work the streets well anyone really and not talk to strangers…
“Last Day Of Summer” I played an extra with Nikki Reed end of getting shot in that film. I can’t talk much about that film cause it’s not out yet but will tell u that it should be out later this year if not early next year. Shot in 2008 in NJ..
The other film that I did Alexis I play a vampire hunter named Crea but that film actually from what I hear isn’t gong anywhere, but if it does it’s about 2 lesbian girls. The one is a vampire while the other isn’t. I just play a vampire hunter and that’s it for that one.
“City Untouchable”
That film was shot in 2007-2009 shot in Phil and other places,
I played many parts in this film, The first scene I did was I got shot in a gang, the other part my name was Sherry and I got shot in a bathtub. The last scene I did was playing Medessa the most evilest assassian alive!! Like a demon/vampire type. It hopefully should be on netflix in nov.
Q: What's next for you? Can you tell me what you have going on in 2009?
A: I have a lot of things going on in 2009, upcoming books, films etc. so you will definitely be seeing more of me!
Q: Is there any movie director or producer you really want to work for one day? Or perhaps any actors or actresses you’d like to star with in a film?
A: I can’t think of any at this time have too many!
Q: Are there certain types of films you enjoy doing? What do you look for when picking projects?
A: A lot of the film directors for some reason say I’m good at playing dead so I get the roles for playing dead whether it’s getting shot to acting out dead or just laying in some street acting upon it! I mainly look for styles that fit me like Medessa would be a perfect example I loved playing her! She didn’t have to speak she just looked at you evil lol, and u were gone I mainly enjoy horror films or look for documentary films.
Q: You’ve appeared in a few films, but have also done some modeling and tv, correct? Can you tell us where we may have seen you in those various projects?
A: Yes that I have appeared in a few films, I have done some modeling for music videos one was a local but didn’t gain any exposure won 2nd place for The Sinners Saints band for cruefest 2008 was on the flyer they were handing out etc, Also published model and professional...

Q: If you could choose only one type of art (music video, movies, modeling, etc) to continue working on, what would you choose?
A: It would have to be in the era of something insanely twisted or something horror goth, something very unique, it would have to be all the above
Q: Anything you wish to add for my readers and visitors? Something special about you that they probably do not know?
A: That is a good question. I hate clowns and long deserted roads
Q: Finally...this is an "Obscure Horror Movie" website. Can you name the last horror movie you watched either at the theatres or on dvd, etc? How about name a favorite horror film that you have seen that most people probably haven't seen?
A: My favorite that I could watch everyday but haven't seen in the last month lately. It would be May its about a young woman who grows up to have no friends and the only friend she has is the doll that her mother gave her when she was a child. She grew up with a lazy eye and is picked on cause of it. So she gets it fixed when older works at a animal hospital tries to make new friends but everybody wants her for something and nobody wants to be her friend because they think she's too weird, so her mother once told her in the past " Make A Friend if you can't find one so that's just what she did. All her old friends she liked them and certain body parts of them, She ended up killing all her friends for the body parts like her friend at the hospital that she once worked with she liked the way her neck was shaped so she killed her and ended up at the end collecting all her friend's body parts to make them into a real human doll named Amy in the end! Great horror movie! Would highly recommend it to anyone!
Q: Thank you very much for doing this.
