April Fool's Day (1986)

Muffy is hosting the house party of the year and be lucky if you live through it. She invites her best pals out to her island home for one last fling among friends, before College graduation. But from the start nothing seems to go right. Buck, a ferry worker, gets crushed against the pier after the group gets to the island. After dinner, they all go to their separate rooms, and by the next morning Skip and Nan have vanished. That is of course till Archy vanishes too. Muffy is not being a very hospitable host as she has all of a sudden gone psycho and the group is trying to hold themselves together as they begin to vanish one by one. Is Muffy the real killer or will Rob and Kit be the last victims of the mysterious stalker?
Overall: A damn good film and it is mainly due to the ending. The film is filled with its "April Fools" jokes and pranks but the film works the same way Scream’s horror spoofing did. That and the fact you’ve seen all these actors and actresses before: Kit was in "Friday the 13th 2", Archie was Biff in "Back to the Future," Chaz was in "Just one of the Guys," Rob was in "Summer School," and Muffy was in "Waxwork" and "Real Genius."
