Love at First Bite (1979)

The Communist Government evicts Count Dracula from his Castle so that the castle can be occupied by the Romanian Gymnastics Team. Dracula decides to head to New York City in pursuit of fashion model Cindy Sondheim, whom he believes to be the reincarnation of his lost love, Mina. He seduces her after meeting her on a disco dance floor but her fiancée has an idea what’s going on and tries to stop him.
Overall: Yet another film where I found it so amusing and fun when I was a kid and even now, the pleasure doesn’t leave. This is a fun and entertaining film. Great actors and a good script. George Hamilton’s best performance...not a bit scary but worth a few viewings. Comparison: Dracula meets Kate and Allie |
