Death Valley: The Revenge of Bloody Bill (2004)

College kids off on their way to Arizona to a major debate event are stopped along the way by a bad guy looking for his drugs. Seems they were stolen by his friend who was already being chased at the time by a cop. The hijacked teens end up in “Sunset Valley”, home of Bloody Bill who vows to kill everyone who enters. But this time his zombie pals may have found one spunky girl too many. This time it’s for keeps.
Overall: I found this film to be quite lacking in acting and effects. The story and location was fine but frankly, Gwen cannot act very well. The effects are a tinge better than in “Zombie Lake” but clearly not up to par with the big boys (Dawn of the Dead, 28 Days Later). I think you’ll enjoy the story and the fact it is a bit above par for it’s low budgetness but there are some flaws. Comparison: Brady Bunch meets Dawn of the Dead |
