Mark of the Vampire (1935)







          Sir Karell Borotyn appears to have been killed by Count Mora, a vampire believed to haunt the local village. Now his daughter Irena is the count's next target. Enter Professor Zelen, an expert on vampires who's sent in to prevent her death but what he finds is going to be a lot scarier.


          Overall: Without truly ruining this film, the only true reason to watch it is for the ending. Sit through the movie, get involved, then get surprised. Nice cast, nice director (remaking his own silent film “London After Midnight”) and nice ending – much of the movie was edited so today the film is only 60 minutes long and way too many holes to point out. However again, only watch for a unique ending.
