Boltneck (2000)

Frank Stein is looking to make his science project bigger and badder than anyone else is. He thinks he can bring the dead back to life and after a local neighborhood party gets out of control he gets his shot. A high-school nobody has been accidentally killed and Frank is able to bring him back to life, but with the brain of a serial killer now insider. Soon this loser becomes Prince Charming, in sheep’s clothing and the culprits involved in the death want him dead again. Frank must save everyone from dying while saving himself too!
Overall: Neat film that starts cheesy but gets much better. The character of Karl definitely has some personality and that keeps the film from degrading into a cheesy PG film. Fairly predictable film with the usual “weird loner finds beautiful girl attractive and coordinates his life around wooing her” plotline. Give this one a viewing.
