The Contract (1999)

Anne is having a rough day. Her boss, husband, co-workers and even a grocery clerk have been pissing her off. A drunken binge is not what she needs but her complaints to a mysterious stranger set in motion a series of murders that can only lead to her being the killer. But is she “under the influence” or is someone framing her?
Overall: Not a bad film. The killer is fairly obvious by the voice but the motive is non-existent. But you gotta love the films where the bruised person ends up with the victory. For a nice counterpart film, watch “Bruiser.” Comparison: Throw Momma From the Train meets Nine to Five |
