Mrs. Slater isn’t a woman who takes rejection very well. She’s the den mother of a sorority house that makes sure that every year on June 19th, the house is shut down. By 7 sorority girls aren’t about to let their graduation night be that bummed out. They have the party anyway between the 7 of them but that only irks Mrs. Slater. A few choice revengeful things between the competing factions and Mrs. Slater is dead as a result of a gun-shot wound – hours before the a giant party at the house. They drop the body into the pool but as the party goes on, the begin to disappear one-by-one. Soon it is just the killer, Kathryn, and Mrs. Slater’s doc. Guess who wins!
Overall: Film isn’t too bad but spends too much time with “Shining”-type hallucinations. The killer is fairly obvious from the very beginning and the whole “Friday the 13th” genre has been kept alive. Don’t look for nudity! What the film does possess is career soap opera stars, as 3 went on (or had been on) big-time soap operas – unfortunately those are their greatest claim to fame! Comparison: Friday the 13th meets Sorority House Massacre 2 |
