Rabid (1977)

Rose has just had a motorcycle accident and in order to recover properly, the docs have done some skin grafting. But the experiment has gone seriously wrong, and she ends up with a parasite in her, which craves blood. So she must satiate its blood lust and meanwhile each victim becomes a predator and soon the entire city of Montreal is under siege from Zombies!
Overall: My summary is weak basically because I think so little of this film. Not only is this a virtual rip-off of its predecessor "Shivers" but also it is like "Return of the Living Dead." The film does nothing different from the other films, outside of casting Marilyn Chambers (a look-alike to Natasha Henstridge in my opinion). The ending is truly horrible - one of the worst of all time. Comparison: Shivers meets Easy Rider |
