Freak (1999)

Stacy and her adopted Sis, Jodi are on the move. Stacy's parents passed away and so the 2 girls decide to find a new city and a new situation. But on their way they encounter the Keller boy - a boy who has been interred for a decade in a sanitarium and today has found an escape. It seems Jodi is his sister whom he never got to know and now he's looking for a family reunion.
Overall: Film is very slow and very anti-climatic. The film plods along giving you little plot and even less reason not to hit the fast-forward button. Basically you miss the Keller kid escape and don't really see him till the end - reminds me of the "Friday the 13th" films. Basically I was unsure why they needed to make this film. The story was done in "Halloween" and then redone with the adoption stuff in "Halloween 4" - and of course this Ohio crap, well let's just say Ohio and Haddonfield I bet are within a good 500 miles of each other.
