Luther the Geek (1990)

The Geek is a man who gets his jollies from biting things, most notably a person who would bit the heads off of chickens for sideshows. This man once watched that and liked that and now 30 years later is being released from prison for crimes committed a long time ago. Eventually he makes his way to a farmhouse (stowing away in a car) and then terrorizes the occupants therein. His "chicken" instincts take over and soon he's like a chicken running around without a head.
Overall: The film lacks much dialogue and actually will go for minutes without a sound - which is good because our Geek sucks at being a mime. The film lacks a story, lacks any imagination and god knows why anyone would watch it, especially me. I think the best part of the film is watching the daughter and her boy have sex while mommy is tied up a room away after being brutalized - shows how today's teens will go any lengths to have unprotected sex. Anyway, why the parole board would let this guy go free - without even seeing him, boggles my criminal justice mind and why anyone would allow someone who "clucked" like a chicken go free, just is unrealistic and inconceivable.
