Eighteenth Angel (1998)

The Etruscan Order is waiting for Satan and they have a good idea that he is due imminently. To be prepared for this, they need 18 young kids, 17 to die and 1 young girl for Satan to possess. Father Simian is a disgraced Catholic Priest who knows the whole story and it is his job to find the girl and boy and has he done that. Lucy Stanton is a girl in New York who has shown the most promise and Father Simian uses her interests in becoming a model to lure her to Italy so he can get her closer to his church. He then dangles an impressive job to her father to encourage him to join her. But once in Italy, Hugh Stanton isn’t feeling easy and he has the sneaking suspicion that the Father is responsible for his wife’s death. The closer Hugh gets, the deeper his daughter gets into modeling and into Father Simian’s grasp. And the Devil is waiting...

Overall: Well not much to say on this film. Isn’t very good but nothing stands out as very bad. Rachel Leigh Cook does appear as Lucy and she does look like an angel. No particular reason other than to see her debut, to watch this one.
