Night School/Terror Eyes (1981)

Lt. Judd Austin is looking for a very interesting serial killer. Bodies of young women are being found decapitated with their heads found in water nearby. His investigations take him to Wendell Night School where all the girls happened to be students in Professor Millet’s class. The closer he begins to get to solving the crime, the more involved Austin gets with Eleanor, a beautiful co-ed who is both sleeping with the good Professor and serving as teacher’s assistant. But Eleanor may be in danger and Austin isn’t about to let anything happen to her.
Overall: The film is easily predictable but the motive and reasoning behind the murders are fairly unique and interesting. The film tries to confuse you with pitiful red herrings but if you think hard enough, you should be able to figure this one out early. There is a reason the killer wears a helmet – they don’t want to give it away! Rachel Ward plays Eleanor, in her 1st film role. The ending too is unique as the killer does an OJ Simpson!
