Summary: Samantha is running a battered women’s shelter and trying to just take everything one day at a time. She’s found a nice boyfriend but soon realizes that she is being stalked once again by a serial killer, the same one she put away years ago. Now even her boyfriend can’t help her and she’s gonna have to summon up the courage to do it alone.
Overall: What struck me by the end of the film is basically that not one guy is portrayed in a good light. Every guy is evil, bad, a drunk or an abuser. It’s a serious film that has reminds us that there are women who need help, deserve help and can’t be ignored. And we see these ladies trying to stand up for themselves, also a good a thing. The film is quite predictable though and you can see the identity of the killer from a mile away but I think the film still does a decent job of keeping everything serious and creepy.
