The Tooth Fairy (2006)

Summary: Pamela is visiting her dad’s new business, a cozy Bed and Breakfast but this trip won’t be all “hugs and kisses.” Seems the old house once belonged to an evil woman who killed children and took their teeth, forever enslaving their souls. Pamela is about to lose hers and despite being dead, this spirit can’t resist a new tooth.           Overall: I found the film lacking a lot of small details and cohesive parts. But it is a fine film, slightly suspenseful in parts, and with some decent ideas. It tended to skip over, what were to me, some obvious flaws in the plot that should and could have been corrected. Be the said, since it has already been made, it’s still an amusing film. I enjoy Lochlyn Monro so the film was worth a viewing.           Comparison: Darkness Falls meets A Nightmare on Elm Street
