Slashed Dreams/Sunburst (1975)

Summary: Jenny and her boyfriend are out in the woods for some fun, hiking and skinny-dipping. However Jenny still ahs feeling for her old ex, Michael, who happens to live in the woods nearby. One night, 2 rednecks come visit and beat them up, raping Jenny and leaving them to die. But although they live, their in for more interesting days to come.           Overall: Really, really bad film. Much of the film is the couple hiking and walking and hiking and more hiking. Lots of hiking with songs in the background. None of this has anything to do with the story, other than drag the film out to the 74 minutes it actually runs. The acting is pretty substandard and even the fact that Michael is played by Robert Englund isn’t enough to buy some enjoyment.           Comparison: Last House on the Left meets Memorial Valley Massacre
