Nurse Will Make It Better/The Devil's Web (1975)











          Summary: Nurse Bessy has arrived at the home of a father and his 3 daughters (Charlie, Suzie, and Ruth). Charlie is the most spoiled and when she ends up paralyzed after a horseback riding incident, she’s in need of exquisite care. The Nurse shows up and does such a good job Charlie is walking soon after. Unable to accept this miracle cure, Suzie starts to poke around…and she’s not gonna like what she finds.


          Overall: Not sure what to make of this. If you are renting this, it’s basically coming in the form of a British “made for tv movie.” So the type of film used, etc. makes a difference in how the film comes across. Nothing in terms of violence and nudity and whatever. Just a demonic story with some silly effects. But I think the film has some promise. If you have a free rental coupon, go for it.
