Horror High/Twisted Brain (1974)

Summary: Vernon is just a nerdy science whiz who can’t get any love from anyone. No one likes him, everyone wants to pick on him. One day he drinks some of his special serum he’s concocted and turns into a raving lunatic looking for revenge.           Overall: So I’m watching this film wondering how many adjectives I can come up with for "slow" and "boring"...until we see Vernon in a P.E. class. Turns out...the P.E. teacher is a famous 1970’s bodybuilder and the football coach is "Mean Joe" Greene of the Pittsburgh Steelers. As the film progresses many of the extras you will find out were great Dallas Cowboy football players. But this can’t cover up for the fact everyone looks way too old to be high school students nor that the extras in the classroom scenes wear the exact same outfits day after day. Or...that Robin, was played by a Playboy Playmate.           Comparison: My Science Project meets Christine
