Summary: Sometimes you just gotta kill your way to the top, even if it’s to become better rappers. So these 2 criminals are about to steal and kill to get all the cocaine they can find so they can sell it and pay for their way into the music industry.
Overall: I’m still waiting to figure out exactly what societal difference this film will make. Is there anything that’s worth watching here, given the summary? Because the final product is just awful. The rapping is bad, the dialogue is bad...how many times can you write “holmes” and “ese” in your script? It’s 90 minutes of repetitive dialogue that basically leads us nowhere. It tries to “Blair Witch” in the execution by having the rappers record the night on video but even then...poorly lit sets, bad acting and just bad bad bad dialogue. I really think the failure of this film was write from the first words. It just is boring! All they do is talk and talk and talk using the same words over and over and over again. It’s just a complete waste of time. Comparison: Blair Witch Project meets Leprechaun: Back 2 da Hood |
