Summary:
Farley is a misunderstood young man who frankly, just can’t catch a break in life. Living with his dad he just wants to be left alone but the neighborhood thinks he’s weird and his dad is constantly on his case. But one day he meets a sorta-weird girl named Scarlett and everything changes. Problem is, it won’t be for the better and soon the town’s streets will run red with dead bodies!
Overall: I liked this tiny indie film. The plot was fairly decent and the little nuances made the film quite entertaining. We have a “town ninja” to mention one and frankly, this was one of my favorite parts of the film. No one ever seemed to think this was weird or odd and it worked for me. The film seemed a tinge too long early on getting to the point of what finally made Farley break and go psycho. We got a lot of info early on which could have been trimmed a bit. However I had to say the film was very unpredictable. Frankly, once the Ninja character got introduced, I sorta gave up trying to figure out what was up. I’ve seen a lot of indie films in my time and I thought it was quite professionally made and worth a viewing. Comparison: Delivery meets Milo |
