The Flesh Eaters (1964)

Summary: Grant is a pilot running on hard times and looking for any reason to get some $$. Needless to say he reluctantly agrees to fly Jan and a movie actress to Provincetown, Massachusetts after the secretary offers him three times the normal fee for the trip. They end up landing on an island and soon realize, they cannot get off…especially with some nasty sea creature surrounding the island. Can they ever escape?           Overall: Well the film is silly and since it’s the early 1960’s, that not much of a surprise. Spent much of the film comparing this to the skit in “Creepshow 2” called “The Raft.” Basically same thing. Anyway, the film is hard to follow since you’re really trying to figure out who everyone is, who is lying and why they’re all stuck there in the first place. You’ll love the 1960’s bras and tops on the ladies but as for the rest of the film, it’s silly and mindless.           Comparison: The Raft meets Top Secret
