Don't Look in the Basement/The Forgotten (1973)

Summary: Dr. Stephens runs his Sanitarium his way. It’s fairly unique and completely unorthodox and Nurse Charlotte Beal wants to be a part of it. Problem is, hours before she arrives, one of his patients kills him forcing a new administrator to take over. And they aren’t fond of strangers!           Overall: It’s an “ok” film that really just wanted to be outrageous with the violence and the stereotypical inmates. It can be slow and plodding at times then really pick up too!! Not much new here but worth 1 viewing.           Comparison: Asylum meets Vault of Horror
