Destined to be Ingested (2010)

Summary: Anna and Tom were a down and out couple--- until one day, their fortunes changed. One lucky lottery ticket later they found themselves living the good life, cruising the South Pacific with their fancy new friends, enjoying the essential three C’s of luxury: Champagne, Caviar and Cocaine. But when the group of yuppies lose their way and are marooned on a mysterious jungle island, their charmed lives are abruptly cut short.           Overall: Well, I can’t disagree with anything Suzi Lorraine is in so this is definitely a film to be watching. I think the best compliment I can give you is that given the summary above, you won’t see where this film is going by the end. It’s unpredictable. At times I’m not sure I buy the realism of the film but frankly, people do strange things to survive and that’s what happens here! Really a different film and something that won’t be the same cookie-cutter horror film!           Comparison: Castaway meets House of the Dead 2
