Summary: Architect Walter Craig, seeking the possibility of some work at a country farmhouse, finds himself stuck in what is actually his recurring nightmare. Dreading the end of the dream that he knows is coming, he must first listen to all the assembled guests' own bizarre tales. He’s done this so many times before in his mind but this time it’s real!
Overall: What’s fascinating is that you watch this and you immediately start thinking of “Tales from the Crypt” and then you’ll realize that film wasn’t for another 30 years! In a way, this film is like so many other films…but what sets it apart is the year it was made…1945. Good stuff…creepy, suspenseful…I enjoyed it. Totally recommend it.
