Summary: As the narrator invites us to explore the horrors of an insane mind, a young woman wakes from a nightmare in a cheap hotel room. We follow her through the skid-row night and encounters with an abusive husband; a wino; a pimp and the rich man he panders for; a flashback to her traumatic childhood; violence; pursuit through dark streets; dementia. Filmed in film-noir style throughout; only the narrator speaks.

Overall: What makes this film unique is also gets old after awhile…the lack of dialogue. Excluding the narrator, there are no speaking parts for our actors. It’s about madness...madness for our lead protagonist. Is she insane…is she just seeing everyone else who is insane? How can she get out of her funk??? I will say although the movie didn’t do much for me, I’d definitely recommend it to folks looking for something different. I think many of you will find it fascinating enough to enjoy it. And for that reason I’d say “go for it.” It’s definitely a unique watch!
