Dark Fields (2006)

Summary: Five young teenagers are traveling across a very dark and deserted looking interstate so that they could see a band perform, however, when their car runs out of gas they have to pull over and ask for gas at the noticeably dangerous looking barn. Little do they know that they are being stalked and butchered, one by one, by a psychopathic killer with an axe.           Overall: This is a perfect example of a movie that has a promising DVD box design, that was very reminiscent of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but the movie itself turned out to e be horrible, horrible, horrible. The whole movie was an utter disaster. Either the acting would be too stale and wooden or so over the top that I would end up laughing all the way through. It was your classic and cliché young-girl-gets-stalked-by-an-unknown-killer movie but it looks like a bad high school movie project.           Comparison: : Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Next Generation meets Dark Night of the Scarecrow.
